Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal information that HOM Event & Marketing Management. (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
 
Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation is booked you are not allowed to cancel but modified date is allowed at least one (1) day before arrival. Booking date changes that are made more than once will incur an administrative fee of RM20. Please call us at 011 – 5283 1888 or email us at info@hotelolympicmalaysia.com.
 
If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show) there will be no refund and modification of date is not allowed
 
Refund Policy
All the reservations that have been made and it is refundable if guest to write in to cancel the room within 12 hours from the booking time. If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show) there will be no refund and modification of date is not allowed.

Any refunds processed shall be credited to the original payment method used by the customers for easier tracking of money movement.
