Our conference room is fully equipped with facilities like air conditioning, audio,
visual connections (PA system, projector & screen, microphones, rostrum), tables and chairs.
Our conference room is suitable for the events like Board Meeting, Committee Meeting, Client Meeting, Team Meeting, Panel Discussion, Presentation, Corporate Training, Conference, Group Discussion, Banquet, Small Weddings and others.
4 hours per session; 9am – 1pm , 2pm – 6pm , 7pm – 11pm
Normal rate is RM 600 for single hall, RM 1000 for double hall.
Conference room booking up to 4 times/ session and above could enjoy the special rate.
Some equipment will be charged for an affordable and reasonable price.
Extra hour charge for RM 150 for single hall; only available before 9 am & after 7 pm.
Buffet breakfast & tea-time, buffet lunch and buffet dinner sets are available with minimum 20 pax and charge for reasonable price.
Here are some conference room layouts provided as choices~ Theater, Classroom, U-Shape, Banquet and Hollow Square.
Setup of conference room can be customized for every activities or events according to customer’s requirements and a single hall can accommodate up to 100 - 140 seats according to different layouts.
